how to stop SNMP service in VIOS/AIX

$ lssrc -a | grep snmp
 snmpd            tcpip            6422570      active
 snmpmibd         tcpip                         inoperative

$ oem_setup_env
# stopsrc -s snmpd
0513-044 The snmpd Subsystem was requested to stop.
# stopsrc -s snmpd
0513-004 The Subsystem or Group, snmpd, is currently inoperative.

to Start the smnpd service
startsrc -s snmpd
